Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sams Shopping

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Return Window

  • If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Proper packaging must be maintained to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Conditions

  • Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If the product is damaged due to improper handling by the customer, a deduction may be applied.

5. Refund Method

  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
